Remembering...

It isn't everyday you see one ridermower, towing another! Wish I had gotten a picture of that. Not something you would see in the city. I can't believe Bryan is almost one, I am just sitting here (enjoying his nap) thinking back one year, what was I doing, other than wobbling around with a big belly! The time has flown by and everyday his smile melts my heart. I had to put him in timeout the other day. You have to start sometime, he took Gracies bowl of water and dumped it in her cage. Since he had been told not to touch her water, he got in trouble! I guess I should have taken a picture of that too! He sat while I cleaned up the water, and then we spent some time hugging! I love that little guys hugs. Bryan loves music, I put his cd's in and he bounces, and nods his head to the music! Yesterday, he wanted to feed himself, he hasn't ever seemed that interested in doing it himself so I let him feed himself green beans and mac n' cheese. He went for the green beans first. He never has liked the mac that much.

The move is over

We have finally settled into our home here in NY. It has taken awhile and I have spent many days with not much to do, but it has all been worth it. The trees on the hills surrounding us are starting to change colors with promises of even more to come. We have plenty of room here to grow and for company. We can't wait for our friends and family to venture on up here and check this beautiful place out. I have lived from L.A. to the country now, and I have to say the peace and open roads of the country far outweigh the conveniences of the city. Bryan is doing great, he is walking, climbing stairs and is so excited for his birthday coming up next week.
